Description

Spend 5 days recharging in the beautiful UNESCO Heritage Town of Assisi, following in the footsteps of perhaps the greatest and most beloved saint.  Saint Francis, not forgetting St Clare, who is also a big part of the Franciscan story.

Staying in the Spoleto valley in a Hotel with a lovely rose garden and swimming pool.

We will explore the magical city of Assisi. Following in the footsteps of St Francis, discovering the story of his life and the places he spent time in.

Each morning, 6.30 am Energising and meditation till 7.30 am

Sunday 24th, pick up from the airport and watch brother, son, and sister moon 

Monday 25th. Assisi from San Rufino to the Basilica 

Tuesday 26th  The Hermitage and San Damiano

Wednesday 27th  Castle, then the Bosco and lunch in the Trattoria 

Thursday 28th  Mount Subasio- Collepino and Spello

Friday 29th, Santa Maria d’Angeli, then free time in the afternoon  in Assisi, leave for the airport at 3.30 pm
