Meet Leon

About Me

In 2006 my ‘truck’ moment had arrived, I had spent most of my working life in the business arena. In the January I part sold my company, and then that Summer my marriage ended.

I remember at 3 am, the morning after I had been told that our marriage was over, I was in my home office, googling where I could swim with dolphins and whale sharks. This took me on a three-month journey of distraction to the tiny island of Utila, off the coast of Honduras in the Caribbean where I became a scuba diving instructor.

Missing my three children at home, I came back to the UK where I started a little online art website. Then began my search for true happiness, which was to take me around the world and to the feet of many amazing teachers.

In 2008, I retrained as a Yoga Teacher in Findhorn, Scotland, and then completed the advanced teacher training course in Brindavan, India. During this time, I attended many courses and workshops, and I started to feel freer, happier and more centred. This exploration led me to life coaching and, subsequently, to opening a holistic yoga centre that I ran for 15 years. This exploration of Self-discovery has filled my cup more than words can say, and in gratitude, I wrote My Earth School containing some of the jewels I found along the way. Followed up a year later with After Earth School.
