Spend 6 days recharging in the beautiful UNESCO Heritage Town of Assisi, following in the footsteps of perhaps the greatest and most beloved saint. Saint Francis, not forgetting St Clare, who is also a big part of the Franciscan story.
Staying in the Spoleto valley in a Hotel with a lovely rose garden and swimming pool.
We will explore the magical city of Assisi. Following in the footsteps of St Francis, discovering the story of his life and the places he spent time in.
Each morning, 6 am Energising and meditation till 7 am
Yoga 7am -8.30am
Breakfast 8.30am

Each afternoon when we get back to the hotel time for swimming then Yoga at 5pm dinner at 7pm
Tuesday 25th pick up from the airport and watch brother, son, and sister moon
Wednesday26th. Assisi from San Rufino to the Basilica
Thursday 27th The Hermitage and San Damiano
Friday 28th Castle, then the Bosco and lunch in the Trattoria
Saturday 29th Mount Subasio- Collepino and Spello
Sunday 30th, Ananda for Sunday service and lunch
Monday 31 Santa Maria d’Angeli, then leave for the airport at pm
